STUNGUN STEPHANIE'S 10 TIPS TO SUCCESSFUL MODELING:
1) Decide to make health and fitness a lifestyle rather than a chore. With this in mind staying fit will be no problem.

2) Drink plenty of water, it is important to always stay hydrated. The daily recommended amount of water is 1/4 your body weight in ounces. Your skin will stay clear!
Example: If you weight 110 lbs, you should drink about 28oz of H2O per day.


3) Beauty rest is a must so get plenty of rest, especially the night before a shoot.

4) Avoid cigarettes and alcohol...this is difficult given the industry setting sometimes, but it will not help your appearance or your performance, and overall will keep your immunity up.

5) Before confirming a shoot, always check the photographer's references.

6) When organizing wardrobe for a shoot, consult friends or family and get their feedback on complimentary colors and styles for YOUR color tone, face, and body.
6) Keep an open mind. Step out of your comfort zone and try modeling styles you never thought possible. Rock that crazy hair-do, or liven up your eyes with bright eyeshadow! Incorporate props into the shoot, get creative!

7) Be flexible. Not just limber and able to bend all sorts of ways, but flexible with concepts, changes, and disruptions during a shoot. Diva attitudes are a major turn off for photographers, and you don't want word getting out that you are difficult to work with.

8) Order business cards. If you are just starting out, go to www.vistaprint.com and order your first set for FREE! Carry them with you everywhere.

9) Network, Network, Network! Never stop networking. Create profiles everywhere you can advertising your talents and showing off your images. Attend meet and greets and other social networking parties and exchange business cards with fellow industry workers.

10) Remain humble. Don't let success go to your head. Once you have built a fan base, remember it is important to give back to your fans with politeness. You are not better than anyone, so modesty is the best policy in this case.

Alexandra Shadowens: Well I went to college on a journalism scholarship and later changed my major to business which I am still pursuing as well as obtaining my insurance license. Besides that, a bunch of blurred drunken memories with my girls. lol

How did you get into modeling?
Alexandra Shadowens: I shot for a calendar for a business I was working for and made the cover and Miss June and after much encouragement from family and friends I decided to go for it.

How long have you been modeling?
Alexandra Shadowens: Well growing up I ran in local beauty pageants, which is a form of modeling in a way. I have always loved the camera so I would say as long as I can remember.

Would you say you are pretty comfortable with your body?
Alexandra Shadowens: I am extremely comfortable with my body, what God gave me and what I've bought. (lol). I take great pride in myself because I have worked hard to look the way I do.

What would you say is your best feature?
Alexandra Shadowens: I love my eyes, they are the window to my soul.

Alexandra Shadowens: Refer to previous question. Yes. I don't feel there is anything wrong with plastic surgery as long as you are doing it for you, and no one else.

I like to sit on my couch, watch TV, and eat. I like relaxing and being lazy!

I would still be in Nursing school.

Natasha Yi The nicest thing anyone has ever done for me has to be what my best friend did. He left his life in Denver to move to Los Angeles so I wouldn't be alone. He has been my best friend since I was 17 years old!

Natasha Yi Just be sweet and yourself! I love meeting new people!

Did you or do you presently attend college? What is your major?
Natasha Yi Yes on both! Before I moved out here to California, I was attending the University of Colorado and Metropolitan State College of Denver. I started out as a broadcast major, but switched to a double major in broadcast journalism and Computer Information Systems after I started modeling. When I moved to LA, I enrolled at an art school to learn multimedia and web design so I could take over my own site, which I'm doing! Yeah!!

HR: How long have you been modeling?
DM: I have only been modeling since May 2009 when I got hired as a Playboy Model.

HR: How did you get your first break?
DM: I got a position as a model with playboy because I had entered myself into a Playboy Casting Call back in March 2009. I went in with experience in modeling and with a positive attitude

HR: What is the best/worst part about being a model?
DM: I haven't had much experience with modeling, so far I like the ability to design my own scenes for a shoot and also the opportunity to do my own hair and make up, as well as meeting people and having fun on set.

HR: What was it like the first time you posed for Playboy?
DM: My first time shooting with Playboy was full of excitement and very comfortable. Everything was organized and the employees were very out going

HR: What did your parents think when you told them you were posing for Playboy?
DM: When my parents had first found out that I had posed for playboy, they were quite shocked and a little upset. First of all, I hadn't told them I was going to the casting call. Secondly, I just never mentioned the fact about Playboy at all. Therefore, my consequence of them finding out was quite entertaining. They found my pictures on file through my Aunts computer and had called me with the results of their actions. Overall, my parents got over their worries of my exposure in Playboy and now support my modeling. We will see how much more they support my modeling when my work has been published.

HR: Do you consider yourself high maintenance?
DM: Putting myself in a high maintenance category is definitely acceptable. I do consider myself a perfectionist when it comes to most things that I do. Especially times when I expose myself in public or when it comes to my personal things at home. I keep my things looking fresh and organized. I am also very outgoing, I don't mind walking out side or going out to places in comfortable sweats and tennies.

HR: What do you like to do in your spare time?
DM: When I am not working my jobs, shooting in a photoshoot or working an event; I love to watch movies, relax with my friends and family. Most of my free time goes to doing extreme activities like rock climbing, motocross events, car shows, 4-wheeling with friends, road trips etc.

HR: If you had never become a model where do you see yourself now?
DM: If I hadn't started to model, I believe right now I would be still working all my jobs like normal and working more in the studio with music.

HR: If you could have any car in the world, what would it be?
DM: Any car in the world....hmmm...I am so fascinated with cars that there are so many I would love to have. Already, I have had 6 nice vehicles. I honestly like driving larger SUV's that I would go for a Range Rover or a brand new Alison Dirmax diesel truck, lifted and powder coated, fully loaded and have the newest and most accurate programmer!

HR: What is your guilty pleasure?
DM: There's nothing like watching an action filled movie, while lying in bed eating a pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream!

HR: What is your most embarrassing moment?
DM: Most embarrassing moment, I am quite the clumsy girl so I have a few horrible but funny moments in my past. One embarrassing moment that has happened to me was when I went on a snow trip with my church, we went skiing and snow boarding. Well I was getting ready to get on the lift and I ended up missing the lift but my partner go on, so I had to wait for the next one to swing around and then I get on and get my ski stuck so it feel off when I was already leaving the ground so the workers had me go up the lifts with one ski once I got to the top I had to wave my hands to get the attention of the people at the top to tell them to slow down the lift and I had to ski down from the lift with one ski and I look behind and of course there's two teenagers all decked out in equipment hold my ski they handed it to me then laughed....so I laughed it off and ended up kicking butt going down a diamond;)

My name is Lisa Kim Fleming and I'm from Orange County, CA.

How did you get your start in modeling?
Lisa Kim Fleming - I had an agency in Sacramento, but I ended up moving to L.A. to expand since there wasn't a lot of jobs up there. I had a lot of friends in the automotive industry and everything basically took off from there.

What was your biggest accomplishment?
I hosted a show on Spike TV called the "Guys Choice Awards". I was one of the models along with Tera Patrick, Joanna Krupa and other Maxim models. I was basically the only "automotive" model. Oh, and I also have a billboard in the Philippines!


What are your future goals?
I plan to move to Korea for awhile to learn more of the culture and language. I also have a few companies, an automotive online magazine and a modeling agency as well. It's goin' really good right now, so that's my future!

I was ASP rally commissioner, so I was in charge with a friend hosting the rallies and games. I was also a Varsity cheerleader. I love to dance, and it was the only closest thing to dancing that we had...so I joined.

I grew up in the Bay area. I was actually born in Fremont and went to high school in Union City at James Logan H.S. All my life I lived there, so I wanted to move out to L.A. right out of high school and my mom wouldn't let me since I'm the only girl. So, I saved up enough money and said, "Bye mom!"

What kind of girl where you in highschool?
I won Homecoming Queen. I loved going to dances but I'd get kicked out of them five minutes into them. I was always getting kicked out of dances. I was fun, I hung out with every group in school.

What do you do on your spare time?
In my spare time I'm usually at the gym doing squats. Or walking, I like to walk. If I'm not doing that I'm either reading or I love eating.

PERSONAL SHORT BIOGRAPHY

One groundhog day many years ago the world was blessed with Sabrina Jane. I was born in the Inland Empire to two loving parents. At the age of 8 my mother moved me and my two sisters to live in Morongo Valley, CA , to continue her teaching career. She enrolled us in a private Chrisitian School where I stayed until the first half of sixth grade. Then I enrolled in an elementary school in Coachella Valley, CA. By 6th-grade it was the 6th school I had gone to.

After another middle school I went back to Palm Springs Christian school. I always got good grades even though I had become a closet trouble maker. I was on the volleyball team, basketball team, a rep on the A.S.B. until I left where I coordinated school functions, drives, fundraisers & charities involving the city counsel & desert communities. I took dance classes, music classes, & art classes there as extracurricular activites. I won Southern California State Art Championships 3 years in a row in my media. I won many trophies & nerdy awards like chess & memorization while still being a badass. I have NO regrets in my life. During that time of changing schools my mother and I and my two sisters moved to a city outside Palm Springs, CA.

In my junior year my family moved again. This time I moved in with my aunt for a short period while I finished the last few months waiting to graduate. 6 months after graduating high school, I moved into my new home at a art & design college in Long Beach. About 4 months after that I moved into an apartment with one of my best friends Shannon where I went to school, worked hard, became a tutor to my peers and partied for 2 years. GOODTIMES.

The day after my graduation at Brooks I moved right into another University in LA. I moved into an apartment in Marina Del Rey, CA. That’s when I met two of my best friends. Diana and Julianne. I lived in LA for two more years until I graduated in September 2005. That's when I started modeling and did my first photoshoot. Then I moved to OC for a little while, back to LA & then to Burbank with my boyfriend.
I now live in Orange County, CA and I’ve made many wonderful, diverse people everywhere I’ve been. There’s nothing I would change about my life. I have the best family and friends. It’s pretty safe to say I’ve left an impact everywhere I’ve been.
